A mechanical genius
T’was the night before Christmas
And all through the garage
Not a car was running, not even my Dodge!
The tires were all hung on the wall with care.
In hopes that St. Nicholas would fill them with air.
The spark plugs nestled all snug in the engine.
Mechanical problems are all I envisioned.
With wires pulled out of the distributor cap.
This Dodge settled down, for a long winters nap.
When all of a sudden there was such a clatter.
I ran to the garage to see what was the matter.
I opened the door as quick as a flash.
Into the car to examine the dash!
The lights were all flashing with a mysterious glow.
The first thought I had was to turn and just go!
When what to my wondering eyes should appear.
