Encourage One Another ~

CHRISTian poetry ~ by deborah ann

Encourage one another,
hold someone up in prayer
let others know how much
for them you really care.

Listen to their problems,
feel their aches and pains
help them to see that Jesus
has His hand on the reins.

Bring comfort to a friend,
lift up how their feeling
remind them that God
is still into inner healing.

Help them to be stronger,
in their trust and belief
assure them the Holy Spirit
will bring their soul relief.

Encourage one another,
support the down trodden
people just need to know
they haven’t been forgotten!

1 Thessalonians 5:11
King James Version

“Wherefore comfort yourselves together,
and edify one another, even as also ye do.”

The Company’s exercise room,

Being prepared to open “soon”…

Whenever that will be

Those using will see,

Two colors that won’t change I assume.

Three-quarters is painted light blue,

Is this for the women to view…

Doing exercise,

Blue is easy on the eyes

A calming effect on you.

One corner and side is red,

The side where weights are lifted…

Firing up the soul

For strength controlled

Fired up determination instead?

I’m not sure just whom to ask,

To answer these questions I’ve tasked…

Someone ought to know

So knowledge may flow,

That the information is uncasked.

Hymn of the elusive magic

It is the hope for a window agleam in an open house
when tundra nights stretch beyond the morrows

It is the hope for a roof ahead in a faithful land
when libellous streets curl beyond the frontiers

It is the hope for a raft afloat in a placid ocean
when hungry waves crash beyond the shores

It is the hope for a cloud adrift in a lucent sky
when furious storms lash beyond the heavens

It is the hope for a seed alive in a friendly soil
when barren sands rush beyond the gardens

It is the hope for a song aloud in a mellow hall
when fatal quiet reaches beyond the gates.
