I went out into the hall,

My neighbor’s cat stood tall…

She wanted him in

But he with a grin,

Decided to ignore her call.

I quick shut my door in case

He’d try to enter my place…

Schmoozed him back

With charming alack,

Putting smiles on his Missy’s face!

She said he listened to me,

I guess that happens to be…

But he held the right

To give a love bite,

As he went back to her purringly.
