The Wednesday of our trip to Paris was possibly one of the best days of the holiday – it started with a brunch in Ladurée, which had its Rue Bonaparte branch right opposite our hotel. We then did some walking towards the Seine, and walked along the banks to cross the Pont des Arts bridge which was practically groaning under the weight of all the ‘love locks’ fastened to it.
