He wanted to give a lecture

On why and what he believed,

When one day ago he blasted a blow

And wanted his conscience relieved.

The problem was based upon motive…

His reaction to stimuli mixed,

His inferiority/grab for authority

Put him “out there”…betwixt.

His envy of the smoothly verbal

And fear they may lose him his job

Made it so couldn’t leave well alone,

Which led to the out-blaring throb.

It’s not an excuse for his outburst

But in so doing he’s not the first one…

Saint Peter’s mouth was used by Satan

In rebuking Christ, God’s own Son.

Like Peter confesses and repents

And forgiveness accepts from his Lord…

So our fellow indeed must act on his need

And with God be properly restored.

As for his work partner, the day is renewed,

The past is truly passed…

Has to take each day as…
