He got up early to post
Ideas he thought of the most…
And then a stir
And in walked HER!
The friend of whom he’d often boast!

She didn’t hear his call,
That didn’t matter at all…
Hearing some noise
She’d know the boys
Would make over her folderol!

Clad in a classy brown dress,
The visage of her was the best…
Fluorescent green
Would’ve been obscene,
Well now–that’s off my chest!
