WORD ASSOCIATIONS

WORD ASSOCIATIONS

Got cranberry and lime,

Some tortilla chips would remind…

The cashier of spinach

She’d readily finish,

A whole jar of dip at a time!

Spinach ked to Pop-eye,

And Wimpey, “I’ll pay on Tuesday,” guy…

Davey and Goliath,

Stop-action reliant,

As a subject came in on the fly!

The chips I bought she’d bite

With spinach dip (in sight)…

Pop-eye’d feel right

With the cashier’s delight

(She ate the whole jar on site).

It wasn’t over then,

Our word association…

A customer choice

Did Goliath’s voice,

Which left us both with a grin!
