Appeal for Nepal

I am very fond of Kathmandu and was horrified yesterday to hear about the destructive earthquake.

I’m not sure how this is going to work, but I want to try to raise some money through my web site. Whenever I have visited Kathmandu, I have come back with fabric and made clothes. Most of the fabric is of Indian origin, often sold by Indian store holders, but its Nepalese business and money into the Kathmandu economy.

Please donate through this link to Save the Children Nepal appeal, and in addition, I pledge to donate to the Nepalese relief work for every hit on my web site between Sunday 26th April and Sunday May 3rd.

All of the clothes seen here are made with fabric bought in Kathmandu. Aren’t they lovely?
