Turn That Frown Upside Down :)

AH…but a grumpy kitty is so cute. 🙂 seriously—these are good ideas!

Dream Big, Dream Often

Sometimes I wake up and I am in a foul mood. Too tired, restless sleep, long days, irritating coworkers or employees all contribute to our moods worsening. But, on some occasions I have been able to change my mood with a little will power. Here is the way I have (sometimes) been able to turn my frown 😦 upside down 🙂

1. Stop. When you realize you are in a bad mood simply pause, then acknowledge that your mood is poor.

2. Put things in proper perspective. Once you have paused and admitted you are in a foul mood, reflect on all the things you should be thankful for. A bad mood is simply a state of mind and can be changed immediately. By directing your mind to focus on positive aspects of life you can put life in proper perspective and understand that things really are not that bad.
