Reducing the “big-ness” of eyes…

Once I overload

The other end slowed,

No need to complete this reprise!

Quartering  his big double portions

Requiring diet “forcing”…

Digging in heels

The mind starts to yield,

While blood sugar in him is coursing.

Being full faster is a break,

Setting limits on what one  can take…

Leaving stuff on the plate

A healthier trait,

Giving you in your health a new stake.
