Had to try.

Slightly Fermented Slightly Fermented

No bubbling yet.

Slightly sour. Vendor said goes well with “rich” foods (meats, etc).

Did a quick sauté/braise.

Frozen Okra and Smoked Meat (Pork) Frozen Okra and Smoked Meat (Pork)

The smoked meat was also from the farmers market.

Yum! 🙂
