A LoveLetter to Autumn…

Autumn. Fall. Whatever you call it, it’s here and I couldn’t be happier. Call me a basic white girl, I’ll admit it; I love my Ugg boots, I genuinely love Pumpkin Spice Lattes- I refer to them as PSLs- boots and scarves, crunching leaves and dark evenings… this is my time of year.

Halloween was always my thing. In my Goth years I championed The Nightmare Before Christmas year-round. I still do, but now it’s because I love October-time and not simply because I styled myself on Halloween-Town.

Orange is my favourite colour. And there is no colour more October than orange. Pumpkins. Fire. Leaves. Sunsets.

In autumn last year, I was in Las Vegas. Watching a sunset over the Grand Canyon. Drinking coffee in the hotels in house Starbucks. Walking through the Fall themed gardens in the Bellagio. Possibly the best Autumn of my 29 years.
