Merry Christmas, happy hanukkah, and keep those to-do lists for another day



My son’s big day is here. It is Chrismukkah! (Is there an emoji for that?)

My son has been counting down for weeks now. And he is beyond ecstatic. Besides being happy to get his gifts, he also reminded us that Christmas is about family and enjoying time with each other. I noted to him that everyday is Christmas for me with him.  He is rhe best gift from the universe.  Not a day goes by without me telling him not only that I love him but that he is a bright, shining star in my life.  What can be better than his happiness on this day?

Besides his giddy, chatterbox nature, one of the best part of it being Christmas is that it is one of the few days of the year, where I have no to-do list to review and check off.  Everyday, day in and day out…
