Cats follow whatever moves,
Through window panes they groove…
On lizards alive
From whom they’d deprive,
Liberty…if they’d only move!

Kitty cat soon gets bored
If lizards stay moored…
No fun
If this one,
Stays stiff as a board!

Losing interest fast,
Until a bird flies past…
Cats chatter at birds
with so many words,
Lizards are in the dim past!
