Leather Confessions

Hey folks,

If you don’t know, I was lucky enough to be asked to MC the WAEC VTOS Fashion Design students graduate fashion show ‘Thirteen‘. I of course was hugely grateful to be considered but my immediate feeling was pure anxiety.

Public speaking is something I just don’t do. In college I’ve had to give presentations before but even those terrified me. I remember in school when you knew it was your turn to read, my heart would pound, I’d start to sweat and feel numb…looking back I know now I was having a panic attack. To some, it’s no biggy but it’s also a fear I know a lot of people have, are you of them? The thought of standing in front of people speaking just didn’t sit right with me.
