We all benefit from receiving a great hug.

When did you last receive a meaningful hug? When did you last give a great hug? It’s good for our mental health, that brief, uncomplicated moment of personal engagement with someone we care about. Great hugs boost our endorphins, remind us we are part of a bigger whole, that we belong. That we matter enough for someone to give us a good squeeze.
