My mind and my heart belong to the past, and ironically, my body shape reflects that. I have a 1950s body that may not fit the context of today, but I don’t see it as outdated.

Yes, my shape may not fit every current fashion trend out there. Yes, it means I can’t wear booty shorts. But booty shorts aren’t even my style! My body actually makes me love fashion more, because it’s not an empty canvas for an artist’s work (while I do appreciate the artistry behind clothing and it’s one of the reasons I fell in love with fashion in the first place): It’s the stencil.
