Hey guys. I wanted to release the first chapter of my new book as a blog post. And I will likely release all others as blog posts, too, just to get the word out that you can have a good life DESPITE YOUR DIAGNOSIS. Enjoy.

Motivation is dictionary-defined as the reason or reasons one has for behaving in a particular way, or the general desire or willingness of someone to do something. It is the inspiration to do something, and the acting on that inspiration.
This is not surprisingly very important to your mental health. Yes, we need to heal, but what we DO about our healing really matters. Do we take productive action steps or do we avoid action? It has been the biggest blessing of my life to be able to take action…
