THROUGH GRASSY FIELDS

On grassy track, the “S.D.”,

Rolls along expectantly…

Loads of grain

Through here again,

Better for that economy!

Fancy paint doesn’t belie,

Things were tough for this guy….

Billows of praise

For better days,

Watch as exhaust shoots up high!

Soon returning with loads,

Worthy of granger land odes…

Swimming upstream–

The American dream–

Look out–any trackside toads!
