WISHING IT WERE TRUE…

He found a girl running live steam,

He thought he’d found his dream…

But it was just a guy (!)

Letting his long hair fly (!),

deceived by what he thought he had seen!

His memory of her in a magazine,

Was at least a quarter column it seemed…

When after all

That picture was very small,

A false impression he must have dreamed!

The way he remembers it won’t do,

His impressions turned out untrue…

He wants, you see,

Better accuracy

But away it went as if the wind blew!
