I used to try to find who was the blame for everything in my life. I sought answers for why I was in the current place I was in. I sought answers for my anxiety. I sought answers for my misery. I blamed external circumstances that were out of my control. I blamed the world for my problems.
After therapy, research, and introspection I found that sometimes the chips fall as they may. It is true I can’t control every single thing that happens to me, and this is troublesome because I am a control freak I like things done the way I think they should be done. But I do not need to control everything because I can control one thing – myself.
