You wouldn’t think it would be so hard would you?

You’re a grown-up! You can choose what you want to wear … or can you?

What about all the rules? No short skirts after 30, no cleavage, no crop tops, no tight clothing, no long hair, nothing cutesy, no this, no that …

As you can see here I have failed to observe several of the “rules” …

So one day I was reading up on all the things I shouldn’t be wearing, as a woman of more mature years, and what really drove the expletives out of my mouth was when I came to the part where a woman in her twenties said that it’s not okay to wear ‘Mary-Jane’ style shoes – you know, shoes with the little strap that goes across the top of the foot – after the age of forty … that was going too…
