Shutdown Supplies

Steve's Narrow Gauge Adventure

A week ago I decided to stock up on the supplies I need to complete Thomas and Sons. It was good timing really, we are in ‘shutdown’ in the UK to slow the spread of the Covid-19 virus now.

My purchases included figures, packing cases and some other accessories that might look good in the yard (a sack barrow, an oxy-acetylene welder’s trolley…). My plan is to make them and place them in different positions on the layout to see what looks best.

I’d like to say a special ‘Thank You’ to the suppliers who made, packed and sent me my orders in these difficult times (S&D Models, Skytrex, 422 Modelmaking, Monty’s Models) and to the Post Office for continuing to deliver to my door. Thank you all.
