Thank you for the re-blog, Jonathan.
It is both an important and sensitive topic and I thank you for highlighting it again on your blog.
Especially in these current times of Corona virus, suicide is something that people think about. They are not ever completely trapped.
There is always hope, there is always another option.
There is always something that can change.
That is the only constant in life – change. And change, can give hope, bringing us back from the abyss.
Thank you.
I am so sorry to hear that Jonathan. Unfortunately, this touches many of our lives, these days. Can you say what you found most helpful in assisting you to overcome this? It is totally ok if you’d rather not.
i HAD RECENTLY MADE A CONSCIOUS DECISION TO FOLLOW CHRIST–AND WANTED TO SEE HOW MY LIFE TURNED OUT. AND MY IDEAS OF A SARURI RITUAK WERE SORELY LACKING—AND MOM WOULD SURELY BE UPSET ABOUT THE MESS AND I ONLY HAD A PAIR OF SCISSORS FOR THE JOB! SEEMS SILLY NOW BUT IT WAS REAL THEN…AND OCCASIONALLY SINCE THEN.
I can see it has been extrenely difficult for you and I do hope that you find some peace in your life. We all muddle through and do our best and we can be satisfied that we are enough just as we are. I have found meditation and practise of loving kindness works best for me. Do not give up and keep searching for the answer that will work for you.

Writing is very catharctic. It helps express emotions rather than bottling them up. Keep it up!
