The month of May is my birthday month and it’s year forty, yeah for me, I’m celebrating all month, well that was the plan but,,,,,,,,. Hey I’m not even going to complain about not being able to go out and celebrate, I am just grateful that I have the ability to celebrate another year.

It is so easy to use age as a defining metric to measure what you should have accomplished already. This is a feeling I know all too well. I can not tell you how many times I beat myself up about where I should be in my career by now. Hey, you need to resist that urge to do so. All you are doing when you add this timeline to your life is adding more stress and pressure for yourself. You are not running out of time, there is no timetable or timeline on where you…
