La poesia che s’è scritta, dapprima s’è vissuta. È questo che le crea movimento, quello che punge alla gola del suo lettore. È la vita stessa che si sceglie, di volta in volta, labbra e mani diverse con le quali esprimersi e farsi sempre più bella, ed occhi attenti dai quali essere letta, esattamente come si studia un’amante, penetrando in ogni sua sillaba, assorbendone il sapore. Per questo è da dirsi che la poesia è respiro magico, nonostante spesso trasudi emozioni instabili, malinconiche ed estreme.

The poetry that was written first lived. It is this that creates movement, that which stings the throat of its reader. It is the life itself that is chosen, from time to time, different lips and hands with which to express themselves and become more and more beautiful, and attentive eyes from which to be read, exactly as a lover is studied…
