Dependence on man brings disappointment. It is not inevitable for us to be disappointed when we trust people. We put some expectation. Sometimes, we are just disappointed. This is actually a normal thing. It is natural. After all, we also get disappointed with ourselves, sometimes. It is because we are not perfect. Imperfection means that somehow we are bound to make an error because we are limited in our knowledge. That is why giving our foremost trust and dependence to man is futility. To expect people to bring us utmost comfort, security, and success, or even to expect our own self to do that would lead us to disappointment.

Dependence on God is the wisest decision to make. It is not just good to decide to depend on God. It is the best thing to do. It is the wisest decision to make. Those who depend on God are called…
