Jesus loves Gardening!



There are some Kingdom parables that Jesus repeated innumerable. He loved talking about seeds, planting and gardening, harvesting and weeds. So this is how the story goes; a man with some seeds went out to sow. First some fell along the path, and the conniving birds came and just ate them up. The second batch fell on rocky ground; but when the sun came up without a sound, scorched the weak plants, whose roots could not deeper advance. And yet another third set, grew among weeds and thorns; that changed their mind set. And finally the fourth one in good soil it fell. Its roots grow deeper although from above the soil you couldn't tell. Not among thorns and weeds oblivious to the world, to proceed and gather a harvest, producing good fruit because incorruptible is the seed unless you put it on mute. The fruit of the seed depends…
