Never let your fears speak too loud.

Unlearn pretending to be okay, staying in toxic relationships and assuming vulnerability is a sign of weakness.

Be someone who doesn’t need everyone to like them.

Even when other people quit, keep going.

If you don’t sacrifice for the things you want, the things you want become the sacrifice.

People make promises when the sun is shining and make excuses when the storm begins.

When God is guiding you, don’t worry about people who don’t understand it.

Heal before having children so that your kids do not have to heal from having you as a parent.

Do not compare anyone with another. Everyone is beautiful in their own way.

You can be amazing, genuine and sincere and still be overlooked. Be at peace with that.

Nothing protects the heart like patience.
