Yes, I am a dancer, but can do that at home to my favorite music, so replacing it with Body Pump was fantastic this morning.
I came home, made myself a protein shake, with banana, and almonds, so that I am ready for boxing. Not sure how my shoulders will hold up, after all that lifting, but I will certainly do my best.
I don’t know how I would cope with life without my workouts. Thank you to everyone that I work with. I am truly blessed
