A RAY OF HOPE DAWNS

Called my new friends in town,

Who’ve watched me go up and down….

groceries, meds.

by calmer heads,

helping me be not so down!

These friends, Dave and Pam,

Graciously offered to plan…..

to help me shopping

when weather is sloppy,

A boon to a depressed man!

Pam might be able to transfer,

to a pharmacy closer…….

something planned

since Covid began,

Not done not got any closer!

Lightening up today,

with help of friends along the way……

isolated

and frustrated,

in the depths I will not stay!
