ALWAYS TAK TO SWANS…VERY…CAREFULLY!!!! đ
We were passing by the harbour the other evening and the good lady had to stop⌠to have a chat with the swans loitering near the boat ramp. Her good self was quick out of the car â and quicker back to the car. The swans were under the impression that she had a free feed for them so they boldly approached. Letâs just say â beware of boldly approaching swansâŚ
Look closely â maybe I should have titled this post âfive swans and two cygnets.â This was them returning to the water after realising they werenât gonna get a free feed from us! No, we donât feed swans bread â but, we have chatted about harvesting the last of our lettuce leaves â the ropey ones â to see if the swans will eat good greensâŚ
