Patience #poetry

Didi Oviatt

In the mouth of the tunnel,

We’ve only began,

Let’s try not to trample,

Let’s take someone’s hand,

Help guide the blind,

The grieving,

The weary,

Find patience within,

In every step,

See things clearly,

At bay keep our fears,

It won’t last,

Look for the blessings,

Silver lining,

This too shall pass.
