Ethiopian tasty food !

A pile of “Injera” always comes with various small plates of vegetables, beef or chicken meat and served with a spicy sauce on a traditional plate made of raffia. You couldn’t be mistaken : it’s the very unique Ethiopian dish! A coffee served in a ritual way would complete your tasty food and would make your visit to Ethiopia unforgettable.

Injera is a sour fermented flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made out of teff flour in Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine. It is the national dish for both countries, and East African countries. It is central to the dining process in those cultures as bread is the most fundamental component ( Source: Wikipedia)
