You couldn’t be mistaken : it’s the very unique Ethiopian dish! A coffee served in a ritual way would complete your tasty food and would make your visit to Ethiopia unforgettable.

Injera is a sour fermented flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made out of teff flour in Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine.
