WE’LL KEEP THE PLACE IN MIND!
Today I did Body Pump at the gym, followed by me continuing on doing some of the lifting afterwards. By the time hubby came out of Silver Sneakers, I was really to tackle a full plate of Roby Tuesday garden salad bar.
This is how my plate gets layered: spinach, grape tomatoes, beetroot, red onion, chick peas, artichokes, then a little salad dressing. Topped off with loads of diced ham, egg, white cheese, regular cheese, and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle a few dried cranberries, and that’s it.
Sometimes I go back for grapes, and canned peaches, but not today. My salad bar added to a dinner was $4.99, so I have a full meal for tomorrow. Also the meals were B.O.G.O.F., and as hubby and I have the same, the amount he brought home coupled with my full meal, will feed us tomorrow. Fantastic value at $20 (4 meals we get…
