While I am typing on my phone. Composing for todayโ€™s blog. My mental chatter started to talk in my head and saying. Oh Nicole, What do you think about your topic today. Does it contribute to the society? or you are just writing some crap. How about your daily mantra? of making people smile? Are you going to put smile on their faces today? All those questions are from my mental chatter.

and to be honest I did not know that mental chatter really exists. I just found out when I was listening to a podcast 2 months ago and there were ladies who were in their 30โ€™s who were talking about โ€œHow to tame their mental chatter.โ€ and โ€œHow to let our mental chatter attract positive mindset rather than basing everything from the past experiences thus progressing to pessimism.

So how do you deal withโ€ฆ

    Before I don’t. I have good set of friends that ingest all my shitty sentiments. lol.

    Now I am starting to talk to myself and love myself more๐Ÿ˜‚ Self love is one of the thing I have learned in life.
