Hey! Welcome to Little Chef’s Apron! Today, we will be making a dessert in disguise. If you thought that the above picture is a breakfast of eggs, bacon and bread, do comment below.

This had been on my list for a very long time. I was really happy to see that whatever I had thought was right there, on the plate.

Now, the egg white is cardamom pudding and whipped cream, the yolk is the same but with food colour. The bacon is cranberry crepe wafers, and the bread is a rose, cardamom sponge cake.

Let us see how to make it!



1/4 cup oil

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup curd

a few strands of saffron

1 tsp cardamom powder

2 tbsp rose water

3/4 cup flour

3/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

Milk as required

For crepe wafers:

2 tbsp sugar

4 tbsp flour
