HANGING IN

Today the DAYSTAR TV host
Was weary–needed prayer–
I know how he feels
For I’m often there!

Acknowledging that life is hard
Is really not an option…
We are stuck where we are
Unless there is adoption.

Adopted by the Lord
I should be feeling better…
Maybe a good cry will help
And flush the pity wetter.

HEART-TUGGING TIRED
–
Exhausted from a sleepless night,
He’s hard-put to put up a fight…
Heaves a sigh–
Would like a good cry–
Release…so he would feel right.
–
He found the right issue
To use his tissue…
Employed on the grounds
Of not having rounds,
He misses that he used to!

Didn’t quite make it to tears,
But the potential was good it appears…
A little pity is fine
If kept in line,
When back to reality it steers!

GUYS DO IT RARELY
After a long and tiring day
He wrote frustration and anger away…
Watching videos
His eyes half close,
And at a happy ending tears display.

Down a face yearning for peace
Finding trust and release…
Not often he feels this way
After a very irritating day.

Harkening back to younger years,
Easier flowed those grateful tears…
Silly dogs’
Animation jogs
Memories of childhood tears.

A movie plot
His attention got…
Sweet release,
This time of peace!
–
Lessening of tension high,
Just in time for beddiebye…
Suddenly tears
Release fears
And anger by a good cry.

Sometimes guys
Need good cries…
On certain days
(Women amazed???).

Release via happy ending,
Less time simmering he’s spending…
Each new day,
Anyway
Has enough for that day’s trending.

Calmer heads
Go to beds…
He won’t borrow
For tomorrow!
