The Assistant said to us,

I assume it was a “plus”…

“You two are SO CUTE”

You and your wife suit,

Each other so well, she surely does!

A compliment—-probably so,

It was said kindly, we should know…

On the receiving end

It came from a friend,

But in which categories did we win for show?

–

The last time I said similar words,

The meaning was taken “adverse”…

For I got in trouble

For bursting a bubble,

My penalty could have been worse!

–

So my wife and I are CUTE,

Does it mean we have flair to suit…

Our ambulations

Or dressing for invitations,

Or joy in more healthy pursuits?
