When he was in High school,
He heard a certain phrase…
Among the girls it would echo
And one might leave in haste.
–
Before bare middles and bra straps,
Girls concerned that their clothes were all right…
Getting a signal perhaps
Adjustments were in sight.
–
In a group of girls, one is stalling,
Making motions and pointing down…
They say, “snow is falling”
The slip of one has slipped down!

It took us a while to figure
Out this curious phrase…
Out of respect for for each other
We kept our mouths shut in those days!
