CHRISTMAS TRAINS!!!!

CHRISTMAS TRAINS!!!

A FAMILY TRADITION STILL

Is running (that’s EDAVILLE)…

Those great Christmas lights

On snowy cold nights,

For generations have given a thrill.

They have their version of

The “North Pole Express” to love…

At “edaville.com”

The info is on,

It’s a good ride to be dreaming of!

(A bit of unrequested promotion on my part…Special trains run most of the year!)

THE SCENT OF LOVE?

THE SCENT OF LOVE?

The smell of love when people have made it

Is distinctive, I am told,

Other kinds of scents of loving

Are distinctive but less bold…

Include bacon and eggs in the morning,

Hot stew on a wintry night,

Laundry smells when home from college

And perfume accompanying ladies in sight.

For some clean hair when helped by a husband

Beats having roses ev’ry day,

For others coming home to the smell of younger children

Makes it worth coming home to stay…

For some of us, coal smoke and diesel fumes remind us

Of loves we remember from the past,

Familiar scent wafting into consciousness

Molding memories to last!
