The Poet’s ambulance ride,
Was done safely inside…
Douglas E.M.S.
Whose care was the best,
‘Though the patient fought treatment and cried.

To Milford, Mass., they flew,
A familiar E.R. going to…
Those E.M.S. women
Kept the Poet from giving
Into not making it through!

IN THREES?
They say that something bad
Often happens in “threes”
Where people involved may not be related,
But all are brought to their knees.
–
It sounds like superstition
But often seems to be true…
One wonders when the shoe will drop,
Has this happened to you?
–
My work partner’s Dad is hospitalized,
And so is the boss…
My wife went into the E.R.
And I’m being tempest-tossed.
–
I hope that we all will be released
And hope they’ll be healing up soon…
We’ve had our “three” for the time being,
Last time was a reddish full moon!
