HECKLING HER STAFF?

HECKLING HER STAFF?

Irena sits on the arm of a chair

Marvels at Eric’s ice chop…

Sees great chunks fall to the ground,

Watch all that ice drop!

Smiling taps on the window so he

Sees her watching his work…

She denies heckling her staff,

Watching is one of her perks.

ERIC DOES IT BETTER

ERIC DOES IT BETTER

In the midst of a blizzard,

Eric drives the truck

Steadily plowing out the lot…

Doing what he can

To answer the demand,

He is a real “johnny on the spot.”

Irena is a dear

And Daria a hottie

And Rob and Ted really know their stuff…

But when the smoke has cleared

From burnt toast and a toddy,

Eric is…more than enough!

LITTLE SOUNDINGS

LITTLE SOUNDINGS

While I sit here typing

Little grunts are going on…

Like a tummy in trouble,

Or a pig with booties on.

I look into the Office—

Only Eric and Daria there…

Neither one is sounding

Like the noises passing near.

I think it was a Doberman-colored

Chihuahua in the hall,

Being carried by his Master,

The kind and older “Paul”.

They’re headed for the car

For a ride, no doubt…

The best part of the deal

Is that “Bandy’s” going out.
