IF I FIND YOU NEAR THE RIVER”

I love you like my liver,

But if I find you near the river…

I’ll surely throw you in!

FRUSTRATIONS IN MARRIAGE

(Sung to the tune of “Grandma’s In The Cellar”–A REAL TUNE!)

Frustrations in marriage

People oft disparage,

Thinking everything should work perfectly!

Character building

Of which we are unwilling…

Gets under skin eventually!

It’s a sin,

Don’t give in…

Murder never solved a single blessed thing!

You were made to live together,

Grow strong in stormy weather…

Or divorce lawyers will get everything!

–Jonathan Caswell
