OLFACTORY BLENDING MYSTERY
Labelling of this affair,
Is not meant to clear the air…
Two men I know
Have reason to show
There’s something stinky out there!
–
Hence, essence of cat piss,
(A fragrance hard to miss)
Enveloped two cars
And the mem’ry marrs
The feeling of driving bliss.
–
Could it be their blended coffee,
Smelling perhaps of pee…
Some of mine, cold,
Does, truth be told…
When watered down to some degree?

The absent-minded cad…
Took his wife’s test machine
Blood levels to glean,
Instead of the one he had.

He really does have his own,
Which he must have left at home…
He helped his wife test
In their love nest,
Did he grab hers and leave his alone?

Born in a manger was He,
Thrust out with mystery…
That God could
Become living would,
Stepping down from eternity!

Snow and ice all the same
We lift up Jesus’ Name…
For life and death,
Giving us breath
To realize that He came.
–
In warm or shivering cold
We praise our Maker bold…
His love intends
To save His friends
By saving believers’ souls.

MYSTERY REVEALED
(Christianity a Mystery no longer)
Who better than learned Saint Paul,
Who in Pharisee Law had sat…
To reveal the mysteries of God
That we, in Christ, were begat?

His Epistle to the Colossians
Chapter One and verse twenty-eight,
Says we Gentiles in Christ…
With Jews reach a holy state.
–
Ephesians Three, two through six,
Proclaims a heavenly mix…
Christ came, was reviled,
So for Jews and Gentiles
The boundary dissolves betwixt!
–
This mystery is solved,
Which disobedience won’t dissolve…
From two comes one man
Who worships as planned,
And obeys his King when called.
