A HALLWAY HELLO

Walking back with my drink–

Four chocolate espressos I think–

I asked Ziggy

Had he the elevator key,

Did he think I’d make a stink?

He said “yes” and I said okay,

His tense face melted away…

Not the only cleaner

But also Regina,

To work Independence  Day!
