UNBALANCED

Looking up at stars isn’t fun like it used to be,

Too often I tip over in fright…

Skies aren’t as dark in this, the country

Much less visible the star light.

Cassiopea and Orion’s Belt

Used to shine brightly overhead…

The Big Dipper I rarely could find,

Despite directions I had read.

–

Too many lights in this neck of the woods

Reflect up in this part of town…

Not that it is a big thing for me,

But not seeing stars

Brings me down!
