What does a fashion blog do,
In my case, to give ample views…
Of the currently stated
Fashion related,
To people who want looks new!

For me, an additional ken,
To write a suitable poem…
Appearance or design–
Either can rhyme–
Expressing lyrically then…!

Not only women count,
But am showing men’s–a small amount–
The opposite gender
I deem more tender,
And worth every verse that comes out!

He’s been gone an hour or two,
His check of the bank must be through,,,
I know where he is–
The usual biz–
Taking time for a poem or two!

Insisting on how life went…
He stoically
Writes poetry,
Because that is his bent!

Don’t worry, the building is safe,
Security’s here just in case…
Only one this shift
If you catch my drift,
I’m the only one here in the place!

The place gets quiet at night,
No problem for me, I’m all right…
I write poetry
Watchful as can be,
Keeping the place locked up tight.
(Until my relief comes, then I can do a round.)

HONEY DO LIST
I have to get to this task,
Since my wife took time to ask…
I’d better stop writing
Or I’ll be inviting
A boot to the rear of the cask!

REACHING BACK IN TIME…!
A blog had “Followers” plenty,
In fact, a great deal beyond twenty…
The Poet decided
If followers were invited,
He’d go visit them to be friendly.

Not all write limericks for sure,
Most take part in art forms more pure…
He’s gradually learning
By night oil burning,
Diversity by way of the tour.

Not blogging everything he sees,
Can still find a way to please…
With a Like or Comment
His greetings he’s sent,
And appreciation for the “follows” of all these!!!!

How did I get from a home-spun poetry blog to doing so much re-blogging?
I guess there is just so much out there that’s good stuff!
I do re-blog from people I’d like to check things out here…but simply doing that doesn’t seem enough.
I do like a consensus, and folks with whom I agree.
Perhaps that’s why I re-blog–in addition to poetry!
